QUITO, May 2026 – In a coordinated effort to bring hope and well-being to the most sensitive sectors of the capital, the Evolución Foundation successfully completed the delivery of 50 gift kits donated by the international organization Samaritan’s Purse, as part of its world-renowned initiative, Operation Christmas Child.

This delivery represents more than just a material contribution; it is a symbol of solidarity that strengthens the social fabric in the communities where the Foundation actively operates. The kits were strategically distributed among vulnerable girls and boys who are part of the Child Development Centers (CDI), where our institution manages comprehensive care services under the highest standards of human commitment.

A Journey Through the Heart of Quito

The distribution logistics spanned several critical points across the city, reaching sectors that require a constant institutional presence. The joy of "Operation Christmas Child" reached families in the following neighborhoods:

• Southern Sector: Chillogallo, San Luis de Chillogallo, Mena 2, and San Martín.
• North and Northwest Sectors: Atucucho, Velazco, Colinas del Norte, La Planada, and La Roldós.
• Valleys and Outskirts: Puembo and El Vergel.

In each of these locations, the Evolución Foundation team worked hand-in-hand with educators and community leaders from the CDIs to ensure that the benefits reached those most in need, prioritizing the well-being of children.
